Policy priorities for the formation and use of labor potential in the Russian economy

The presented study reveals the features of the processes of reproduction of labor potential in the context of the transformation of socio-economic relations. Based on the principles of the theory of economic cycles, the theory of generations, the specifics of changes in the modern labor market are considered and directions for improving socio-economic policy are proposed. The hypothesis of the study is to substantiate, taking into account scientific and practical experience, the assumption that taking into account changes in the labor potential makes it possible to identify areas for increasing the stability of the economic system. The priorities of the regulation of the labor market and the reproduction of labor potential are substantiated, including the focus on highly qualified personnel, the transition to advanced training, the development of remote jobs, the retention of highly qualified personnel, and ensuring personnel security at the state level.
