Digital technologies in the mechanism of resocialization of convicts

in the context of the reform of the Russian penitentiary system, the problem of using digital technologies in the re-socialization of persons who have served their sentences is becoming particularly acute. An analysis of domestic practice shows that the resocialization of convicts is accompanied by a number of unresolved problems. The scientific novelty of the conducted research lies in the author's attempt to substantiate the conceptual foundations of the use of digital technologies in the mechanism of resocialization of convicts. The assessment of the reliability of the presented results is based on an integrative approach, methods of analysis and synthesis of scientific literature, analysis of domestic experience of resocialization. The modern problems of the use of digital technologies by convicts are analyzed. Promising directions of using digital technologies in the resocialization of convicts are systematized.
