Optimal production planning at breweries

Shatalova Alevtina Yurievna  (Assistant of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation)

The problem of optimal planning at beer production enterprises is considered. Breweries are different from other beverage industries in terms of the long time required for the fermentation process/beer maturation and thereby a large amount of costs. Therefore, minimizing costs and maximizing profits is a top priority. In this paper, we will compare the previously applied improved integer model of linear programming based on a mixed representation of discrete-continuous time and the structure of immediate precedence (GEG), the effectiveness of which has been proven by comparison with the existing integer model of linear programming (BSAM), with the developed parametric -level method -continuation of the problem of fuzzy linear programming to maximize profit. enterprises.

Keywords:optimal production planning, cost optimization, fuzzy linear programming, integer model.
