Criminological prevention of demonstrative protest crime

The system of prevention of demonstrative-protest crime is defined as: a) a relatively independent phenomenon in theoretical terms; b) which is meaningfully interconnected with the prevention of other types of crime; c) includes the prevention of various types of social pathology, deterministically associated with crimes; d) requires a fundamental differentiation of the state reaction to protest actions as such and to manifestations of destructive activity in their preparation and conduct. A comprehensive, multi-component strategy for the prevention of demonstrative protest crime provides a comprehensive and multi-vector impact on the factors of illegal behavior, the effectiveness of which is determined, ultimately, by achieving an optimal constitutional balance between individual and public interests, between freedom and security, reform and stability.
