Features of the state of the legal culture of Russia in the Soviet period

In their study, the authors discuss the features of the state of legal culture in the Soviet period. According to the authors of the article, the path passed over 70 years has allowed Russia to reach certain heights of legal development. At the same time, the Soviet legal system did not pass through a period of social and legal excesses. This manifested itself especially during the years of repressions in the mid-30s and early 50s. XX century. All this could not but carry internal fundamental contradictions, especially in its national-state aspect, which already by the 80s. of the last century began to destroy the legal and political spheres of society.
