Legal support of financial stability of insurance organizations.

The article analyzes the current legislation, which establishes the requirements for the formation of funds of insurance companies and determines the conditions for their financial stability. The author analyzes the legal regulation of the basic conditions for the stability of insurers and concludes that it is ineffective. The analysis made it possible to make a proposal for the adoption of a special law that would define the conditions for the stability of insurance organizations and combine all the restrictions for operations with their own funds.
