Formation of an organizational mechanism for managing the production potential of an enterprise

The presented study reveals the mechanisms for managing production activities that ensure the achievement of high rates of effective growth and development. The solution is focused on the search for complex developmental relationships that reveal the human phenomenon. The hypothesis of the study is to substantiate, taking into account scientific and practical experience, the assumption that the disclosure of labor potential makes it possible to identify areas for increasing the efficiency of using the technical and technological component of production. Theoretical, methodological and practical provisions are substantiated, which imply organizational and technological renewal of production, which should interconnect motivational interests with the aim of developing production, which necessitates the development of new strategies for managing resource potential. The importance of this approach is due to the fact that without defining the main goal it is impossible to pursue an effective policy, and to mean and ensure the effective bringing of the country to the forefront.
