Problems of presentation of material evidence by the state prosecutor in a special procedure of court proceedings

The article is devoted to the research of problems of presentation of material evidence by the state prosecutor in a special order of court proceedings. A retrospective analysis of the concept of court proceedings by a special procedure is carried out for the purpose of defining development trends and trends of further improvement of legislation and law enforcement practice in a special procedure of court proceedings. The legal viewpoints of Russian and foreign scientists are investigated. The main problems of presentation of material evidence by the state prosecutor in a special order of judicial proceedings are revealed and ways of their solution are offered.
