Social aspects of competitiveness of the Russian automotive industry

The article discusses the social aspects of the competitiveness of the automotive industry on the example of AvtoVAZ, GAZ, KAMAZ. It was revealed that in the past year, many automakers showed good results, as evidenced by an increase in the production of cars of various categories and the share of exports to foreign countries. The production indicators of the competitiveness of the enterprise, internal social factors are considered. Competitiveness is defined as the ability / ability of an enterprise to effectively use the financial, production and personnel potential. It was revealed that social aspects are associated with internal social factors, acting in the form of the potential capabilities of the enterprise, aimed at ensuring its competitiveness and determined by the management of the organization. Internal social factors include stability/fluidity of personnel, qualifications of specialists and opportunities for its improvement, wages, and social guarantees for employees. It has been determined that in the framework of considering the social aspects of the competitiveness of automakers in the current situation, the most significant policy of social responsibility of automakers seems to be the most significant, which involves building their work on the principles of honesty and openness, focusing on sustainable development and social welfare, in particular, on creating the most comfortable working conditions for their employees.
