Organizational and legal aspects of activities on staffing of the criminal executive system of the Russian Federation

the article substantiates the relevance of staffing the bodies and institutions of the penitentiary system of the Russian Federation. A quantitative and qualitative analysis of the composition of the staff is presented on the example of FKUZ MSCH-35 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia. The problems associated with the staffing of this institution are considered. To solve the identified problems, it is proposed to introduce the position of a personnel worker into the FKUZ MSCH-35 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, the use of compensation for additional medical examinations completed by candidates for service in the penitentiary system, the establishment of lump-sum compensation payments to medical workers (doctors, paramedics) in the bodies and institutions of the penitentiary system. The proposed measures will help improve the efficiency of staffing in the institutions and bodies of the penitentiary system of the Russian Federation.
