The concept of a carrier of special knowledge in Russian criminal proceedings. Historical and forensic aspect

The relevance of further improvement of the trajectory of development of divisions of internal affairs bodies carrying out the regulation of the production of forensic examinations established by Article 11 of Federal Law No. 73-FZ of May 31, 2001 "On State Forensic Expert activity in the Russian Federation", in accordance with the general transformation of law enforcement activity, initiates the processes of a more in-depth study of the forensic expert activity itself from the standpoint of persons engaged directly in this activity, in order to find new more rational ways, techniques and methods of using special knowledge in order to increase the detection of crimes and objectification of the investigation.
