The article shows a modern view of enterprise asset management based on the risk theory of building an economic and mathematical model of risk management. With the help of the presented economic and mathematical model and computer simulation, the authors show how it is possible to manage risk situations in advance anticipating catastrophic jumps of the socio-economic system.
