The paper investigates an important scientific and practical problem of the use of artificial intelligence in the financial services market. The features of the application and the risks associated with the use of AI in the financial services system are considered. The advantages and disadvantages of using artificial intelligence in the financial sphere are highlighted. The article suggests that the best way to encourage a sustainable future in the field of innovation for the introduction of artificial intelligence in the financial sector is to support a proactive regulatory approach to the occurrence of any financial damage.
