Some features of the legal status of individuals in the civil law of Russia and Quebec

This article provides a comparative legal analysis of the features of the legal status of individuals in such aspects as legal personality, the procedure for emancipation and the procedure for recognition as missing and dead in the Russian and Quebec legal systems.
