Social and economic effects of activities of organizational psychologist in the personnel management system

This article reveals the topic of personnel management through the involvement of a corporate psychologist in the department. Some advice on personnel management is given. The tasks of the tactical subsystem of personnel management are identified. The main goals of the presence of psychological counseling in the personnel management system are given. The article examines changes in the attractiveness of the labor market under conditions digitalization and the post-pandemic period after COVID-19. The study shows that the attractiveness of the labor market has undergone certain changes in modern conditions. Especially for city dwellers. The article considers the main foreign approaches to solving the problem of staff turnover in organizations. The factors and causes of staff turnover identified in the German classical school of organizational psychology are reflected. The concepts, models and technologies of psychological prevention of staff turnover are presented, based on socio-economic and socio-historical state characteristics. It was found that the main factors of staff turnover in foreign psychological schools include: the system of labor relations, economic changes, demographic trends, the accepted system of values.
