On the functional approach to the structure of the system of administrative law

Administrative law is one of the leading legal branches. The system of the branch of administrative law was formed at the beginning of the 20th century, as a result of the revision of the theory of police law. However, the qualitative transformations that have taken place in the Russian Federation since the adoption of the current Constitution predetermined the need to search for new approaches and criteria for building an updated, different from the system of administrative law that has existed for many years. The author proposes a functional approach to the structure of the system of administrative law, where the criterion is typical social relations formed in the new realities of social development.
