ORGANIZATIONAL AND LEGAL TRENDS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF STATE INFORMATION SYSTEMS

The article presents an analysis of the development of state information systems as the main tool for digitalization of public administration, including on the basis of expert and analytical materials of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation. The tendencies of legal support for the functioning of information systems and services are considered. The key problems and directions of their solution are outlined.
