The article considers the problem of forming an effective and relevant integrated management system of the organization based on the integration of standards of quality management system and lean production management system in contrast to the established in today's practice systems for the formation of an integrated system. The management system formed on the basis of the standard GOST R 56404-2015 "Lean Manufacturing. Requirements to management systems" is applicable for formation from scratch and improvement of production systems of the organizations, and also for training the personnel in the basics of lean production. Exactly the lean manufacturing management system bears the greatest benefit in order to improve financial performance and stable competitiveness, improvement of the product/service creation life cycle in comparison with other management systems. It also allows to solve another range of problems. Theoretical analysis is conducted, the scheme of integration of quality management system and lean production management system is considered and offered for application, ways of elimination of problems of management systems by means of implementation of lean production regulations, and also recommendations for creation on this basis of more actual and perfect management model formed on the basis of process approach.
