FEATURES OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SPECIAL PROJECTS IN THE SOCIAL SPHERE OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW: CURRENT STATUS AND PROBLEMS

This article discusses the main measures that are used by the Government of the city of Moscow to ensure the information security of the organization of the social sphere, as well as improve the quality of information support for activities aimed at improving the standard of living of the population. The main types of threats that are associated with the insufficient development of secure information technologies in the social sphere are identified, and some measures are proposed to eliminate these threats. The relevance of the problem, which is considered in this article, is due to the fact that in recent decades Moscow has been a major center of the world economy, politics and culture, which suggests that all areas of the functioning of this city should be developed at the highest level. The state of the social sphere is the most important indicator of the quality and standard of living of the population of any city. Given the resource and technological capabilities of Moscow, one must understand that special requirements are imposed on it, because. all regions are guided by the capital in building and improving the social sphere of their cities. The purpose of the study is to analyze the features of the implementation of special projects in the social sphere of the city of Moscow. The hypothesis of the study is that today, as the main safe information technologies that are used in the social sphere of the city of Moscow, we can single out the projects "Social Patrol" and "Moscow Producer Center". The study concluded that the social sphere of the city of Moscow is quite developed and includes innovative projects to improve the quality and standard of living of the population of the capital. However, it should be noted that such success of the considered projects is primarily due to the fact that their functioning is based on the competent selection of safe information technologies that ensure the smooth operation of all social systems.
