Employee innovative behavior is one of the key factors in the implementation of innovative development of industrial enterprises. There are three levels for effective management and the totality of factors of employee innovative behavior that were identified, which allow to use a quantitative criterion for assessing the level and determining the type of employee innovative behavior. The incentive system that was proposed provides a targeted and tangible interest of all categories of employees in effective innovation activities.
