In this article, the author explores the features of ensuring the protection of the rights of consumers of financial services in legal relations arising from banking transactions executed through smart contracts. The author highlights a number of problems of protecting the weak party in banking agreements and offers their solutions based on the established scientific doctrine and foreign experience.
