DRIVERS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY: GLOBAL TRENDS

The commercial market of medicines in Russia is considered, the key financial metrics of the leading manufacturers in the Russian pharmaceutical industry are analyzed. With the help of multiple linear regression in dynamics, the relationship between the profitability of selected companies and other financial indicators of their functioning was considered. A close and reliable relationship has been established between the company's capital structure and the profitability of its assets. The main global trends and Russian trends in the pharmaceutical market are identified, proposals for its development are submitted for discussion.
