FEDERAL LEVEL OF PUBLIC AUTHORITY IN RUSSIA: LEGAL FRAMEWORK

The institute of public authority of the federal level is considered from the point of view of its legal regulation. The relevant legal acts, scientific works on this is-sue are analyzed. Attention is focused on the norms of the Constitution of Rus-sia, which are linked to the characteristics of federal public authorities. It is noted that with the adoption of the constitutional amendments of 2020, the legal regula-tion of the federal government has become more systematic, but a number of po-sitions need additional reflection and legislative clarification.
