EVOLUTION OF LEGAL COUNTERACTION TO DOMESTIC VIOLENCE IN THE PRE-REVOLUTIONARY PERIOD

The article presents a comparative legal analysis of the administrative prevention tools used to prevent cases of domestic violence in foreign countries. Among the key measures applied by the authorized bodies of foreign states, the central place is given to the institution of a protective order (order). Such a tool of preventive and preventive influence is used by police surveillance bodies and judicial authorities in the framework of civil, administrative and criminal proceedings. The positive reputation of the protective order as a means of preventing domestic violence has been formed by long-term practice of application, numerous criminological studies. There is a significant probability of transplantation of this institute into the system of Russian administrative legislation.
