PREVENTION OF FRAUDS COMMITTED BY WOMEN

Fraud in its various manifestations has existed at all times and in any state, and the fight against it, perhaps, will never lose its relevance. Defined according to Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation as "theft of someone else's property or acquisition of the right to someone else's property by deception or abuse of trust," fraud is taking on increasingly new forms as the scientific and technical sphere and the latest information and digital technologies develop, which means it requires close attention and constant development of ways to counter it. The article is devoted to the consideration of the main problems that arise at the level of prevention of women's crime. In addition, certain ways of solving these key problems were proposed. The study of the current state of female crime makes it possible to say that modern means and methods of crime prevention are not effective enough.
