PECULIARITIES OF MEDIATIVE SUPPORT IN LEGAL FAMILY RELATIONS

In the process of resolving conflicts in legal family relations, the most favorable option is to establish a peace agreement between the aggrieved parties, but it is not always possible without the intervention of third party. The mediator, being a neutral participant, assists the parties to the dispute in order to find compromise and reconciliation of the conflicting sides. The use of various mediative methods and techniques in family support is aimed at ensuring security and confidentiality for each family member, as well as resolving the dispute in the most effective way.
