The presented study reveals the mechanisms for managing the production activities of an enterprise, which ensure the achievement of high rates of growth and development. The solution is focused on finding complex relationships between the elements of the resource potential of an enterprise. The hypothesis of the study is to substantiate the assumption that the disclosure of the resource potential is determined by the motivational mechanisms for using the technical and technological component of production.
Combining the target interests of the subjects of industrial relations makes it possible to achieve an increase in the efficiency of performance results. It must be recognized that existing resource management mechanisms do not fully realize the potential. In order to overcome urgent problems, it is necessary to rethink the mechanisms of governance in terms of targeted growth and development priorities.
The importance of this approach lies in the fact that without defining the main goal, it is impossible to pursue an effective policy, and therefore ensure access to the forefront.
