In such conditions, financial institutions need to monitor the development of modern information technologies, which facilitate the implementation of banking operations and allow instant service to users anywhere in the world. The ease and security of customer service of the bank is due to the degree of digitalization and the level of development of remote customer service. Digitalization is an area in which significant changes have taken place in recent years. For banks, digitalization daily opens up new and new opportunities that allow you to "place" the client in the center of the process of developing new directions in the field of banking. New technologies continue to develop in the banking services market.
