TYPES OF LEVELS OF CHARACTER AND DEGREE OF PUBLIC DANGER DEPENDING ON COMPOSITIONS OF THE CRIME

The article analyzes the types of character levels and the degree of public danger, depending on the elements of the crime. The concept and essence of the corpus delicti and its correlation with the concept of a crime are considered. The classification of the elements of crimes according to the degree of public danger is given, its imperfections are noted. Mandatory and optional signs of social danger of crimes are revealed. Approaches to determining the nature and degree of social danger of a crime are considered.
