PECULIARITIES OF LEGAL REGULATION OF THE SPHERE OF NATURE MANAGEMENT: VIOLATIONS AND CAUSES

The author of the article gives an assessment of the state of the aspect of legal regulation affecting such a sphere of social interaction as ecology. It is stated that nature management is a conscious, reasonable use of environmental resources by mankind, as well as their application in various sectors of the economy. Taking into account the current situation at the present stage, the nature of the damage to the natural resource is described, and the reasons for committing offenses in the environmental sphere are also determined. Assessing the importance of natural wealth for the subsequent social component, the author primarily touches upon the criminological aspect of its development, including those cases where the harm is the result of unintentional actions on the part of violators. Among the main reasons for the commission of offenses in the affected area are such as economic interest and legal nihilism.
