THE ACTIVITY OF A NOTARY IN THE REGULATION OF FAMILY RELATIONS

This article discusses the specifics of regulating a certain part of family relations within the framework of the activities of notaries. In the modern state, more and more attention is paid to regulating family life in the interests of spouses and children. The interests of these subjects of family relations are largely ensured thanks to the functioning of the institute of notary. The purpose of the presented work is to analyze the activities of notaries aimed at protecting the property and non-property rights of participants in family legal relations. The author explores the legal basis of the notary's participation in the regulation of family relations. The role and significance of notarization in the conclusion of family agreements, notarial actions in the interests of family and children are shown. The problems of normative consolidation of the notary's participation in the protection of the rights and interests of participants in family legal relations are disclosed. The ways of improving notarial activity to protect the interests of family and marriage by systematization and clarification of regulatory support are proposed.
