Amendments to the passport of scientific specialties have increased interest in the concepts of "public administration", "public administration" and their correlation and made scientific research in this direction relevant. The article launched a broad discussion about the concept and meaning of these terms and made the author's conclusions about the relationship between these concepts and their place in administrative law.
