The article deals with the problems of managing the innovative development of construction enterprises in Russia. The relevance of innovative development of construction industry enterprises is substantiated. It has been determined that the innovative activities of construction enterprises are understood as activities (including scientific, technological, organizational, financial and commercial activities) aimed at the implementation of innovative projects, as well as the creation of new infrastructure or its reorganization, including ensuring its activities. The main problems that hinder the effective implementation of innovative development management are identified: limited financing of innovative activities, the absence of a modern base for the implementation of innovative developments at domestic construction enterprises, the presence of the phenomenon of resistance to innovations on the part of personnel / management, an insufficient number of qualified personnel who can effectively manage and implement innovative activity, unstable government policy in the field of innovation and a weak level of support for the innovative development of Russian enterprises. It is concluded that technical and technological innovations leave their mark on the content of production processes, and also form the conditions for managerial innovations. The development of proposals for solving individual problems can lead to an increase in the efficiency of the process of managing the innovative development of an enterprise, respectively, to the creation of innovative construction products, services, processes, organizational methods and, as a result, an improvement in the quality of life of society.
