ON MODERN PROBLEMS OF LEGAL REGULATION OF THE ROAD SECTOR IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

This article is devoted to the consideration of topical issues related to the legal regulation of the road and economic industry in the Russian Federation. The validity of the improvement of certain provisions of the current legislation in the field of road infrastructure has been proved. The conclusion is made about the importance of legal regulation of the participation of public entities in the field of road activities. Attention is focused on the legislative fixing of the obligation to publish on the websites of state bodies information about the works accepted as part of the concluded contracts and their cost. The expediency of establishing measures of administrative responsibility of legal entities and officials for violations of norms, rules and standards in the design, construction, reconstruction, repair and maintenance of highways is argued.
