INTERDEPARTMENTAL INTERACTION WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE FORMATION OF THE STATE ADDRESS REGISTER: STATE AND PROBLEMS

The article discusses the formation of the regional component of the state address register. The main subjects of the formation of the state address register are the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation (the operator of the federal information address system) and local governments. The main problems of the interaction of subjects are the incomplete compliance with the municipal legal requirements of the Rules for Interdepartmental Cooperation, the insufficient level of qualification of specialists, the lack of established responsibility for poor-quality actions or inaction in maintaining the state address register, etc. To solve the identified problems, it is necessary to strengthen the coordinating actions of regional authorities and develop a unified approach to solving problematic issues for all municipalities of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation.
