FEATURES OF CALCULATING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF CRIMINAL LAW NORMS WITH ADMINISTRATIVE PREJUDICE BASED ON STATISTICAL DATA ON THEIR APPLICATION

The issue of the effectiveness of the legal norm is one of the main issues in the formation of criminal legislation as a whole. Establishing how effective a particular rule of law is and in what way the positive effect of its application is manifested is one of the main tasks of a modern legislator. In turn, the actual manifestation or indicator of effectiveness are statistical changes in the application of the norm. Criminal law norms with administrative prejudice are no exception. The peculiarity of establishing the effectiveness of this group of norms is manifested in the need to study the statistics of the application of not only the norms themselves, but also administrative and legal identical to them.
