Тhe article is devoted to the application of the norms of the Federal Law of July 31, 2020 N 248-FZ "On state control (supervision) and municipal control in the Russian Federation" and practical problems due to some imperfection of its individual norms. The edition of the current regulatory legal documents is proposed in order to establish their compliance with the provisions of the said Law.
