this article discusses a number of relevant aspects of regulation of some grounds for the emergence of ownership of real estate. The special significance of the right of ownership of real estate, the systemic conjugacy of its occurrence with the legal mechanism of state registration is shown. The current directions of improving legal terminology and legal definitions of significant concepts in the field under study are analyzed, amendments to civil legislation are proposed, which, in the author's opinion, eliminate the conceptual inconsistency of understanding in various regulatory acts of privatization as the basis for the of privatization, state registration of property rights, registration of rights to real estate. emergence of ownership of real estate.
