THE ROLE OF THE COMMUNIST PARTY IN THE ADMINISTRATION OF SOVIET JUSTICE

In modern legal science, very little attention is paid to the role of the CPSU in the functioning of the Soviet legal system. The situation is aggravated by the almost complete absence of truly objective works on this topic written in Soviet times. The aim of the author of this article is to determine the degree and features of the influence of the Communist Party on the process of administration of Soviet justice.
