REDUCTION OF THE WAGE FUND DUE TO THE INTRODUCTION OF MULTITASKING AND METHODS OF COMBINING PROFESSIONS IN THE PRODUCTION OF OIL AND GAS EQUIPMENT

Labor costs are often one of the largest items of expenditure in the balance sheet of an economic entity, and the economic entities of the oil and gas complex are no exception. Given this factor, a successful strategy to reduce the cost of the payroll is not only necessary, but also the most correct solution aimed at ensuring a balance between production, resources and cost control. The development of an appropriate cost reduction methodology is a rather complex process, which is focused on maintaining a balance of interests between the employee and the enterprise, as well as taking into account the specifics of each specific enterprise. The methodology presented in this study allows us to conclude that at the enterprises of the oil and gas complex, the optimal method for reducing the cost of the wage fund is a methodology focused on changing the compensation policy (the introduction of a tariff rate) and changing technological processes (increasing production due to multitasking). The developed methodology can be adapted to other manufacturing enterprises, in order to reduce the costs of the payroll at such enterprises with the available volumes, as well as to prepare for an increase in production or maintenance of equipment at the bases for repair and maintenance of equipment.
