IMPROVING THE ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT OF THE REGIONAL SYSTEM OF PROVIDING MEDICAL PERSONNEL (ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE LIPETSK REGION)

The quality and accessibility of medical care provided to the population directly depends on the level of organization and management of medical personnel, both in the region and in a particular institution. In view of the problems of the sphere of health protection in our country, the state personnel policy is being implemented aimed at providing the healthcare system with qualified personnel. In recent years, the role of medical personnel and the importance of the built-up system of providing medical personnel has increased even more in connection with the new challenges and threats caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. In his work, the author of the article reveals the problem of shortage of personnel in the healthcare industry, assesses the organization and management of the regional system of providing medical personnel. Based on the results of the analysis, the author gives suggestions for improving the implementation of personnel policy in the healthcare system in the Lipetsk region.
