the article demonstrates the inconsistency of the current regulation concerning the implementation of entrepreneurial activities of socially oriented non-profit organizations. The author provides a correlation between the provisions of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and special federal laws, as a result of which the lack of consistency and consistency in this matter is justified. Special attention is paid to the criterion of the targeted nature of the activities of socially oriented non-profit organizations and the specifics of the implementation of entrepreneurial activities by such entities.
