METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES TO IMPROVING THE ACCURACY OF ESTIMATING THE COST OF INVESTMENT AND CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS

The article is devoted to the analysis of ways to assess the cost of implementation of investment and construction projects, the search for ways of their rational application and further development. The analysis of evaluation methods as part of project and asset management methodologies of the enterprise is carried out. The directions of their further development using the multidimensional structural decomposition of the investment and construction project are proposed to increase the accuracy and reliability of the project cost estimation at all stages of its implementation, increase flexibility, efficiency and validity of decision-making on project management.
