The article examines scientific approaches to the definition of subjects and objects of control legal relations from the position of control as a universal legal phenomenon that determines society. The authors note that currently the study of control legal relations is carried out by legal scholars within the framework of the formulation of certain problematic aspects of the subject-object composition or content of control legal relations. Subjects and objects in control legal relations are divided into two groups: subjects of state control and subjects of public control. The subject and object composition of control legal relations has an appropriate normative consolidation, which, according to the authors, in the framework of law enforcement practice completes the discussion about the subject-object composition of control legal relations in the context of the study of control as a legal institution.
