At present, some motivational components are becoming increasingly important, allowing to expand the apparatus of influence on improving the efficiency of production and management activities in the construction industry. First of all, this is due to the cardinal transformations that have taken place and are emerging in the construction industry. In connection with the SVO, the resource capacity of the construction base is of particular importance, which makes it possible to increase labor productivity in the area under consideration.
