GROUNDS AND CONDITIONS OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL PROTECTION OF THE SOVEREIGNTY OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION FROM UNFRIENDLY ACTIONS OF FOREIGN STATES AS A LEGAL FORM OF EXERCISING PUBLIC POWER

This article examines the features of measures of administrative and legal protection of the sovereignty of the Russian Federation from unfriendly actions of foreign states, affecting to one degree or another, in fact, most areas of public administration. The author comes to the conclusion that it is difficult to form an exhaustive list of such measures due to the difference in approaches to the administrative and legal protection of sovereignty and their close intertwining with legal measures of other industry affiliation. At the same time, it is quite possible to determine their features, which will allow to systematize the measures under study, identify problematic aspects of their introduction and application, as well as offer options for resolving existing difficulties in order to increase the effectiveness of legal protection of state sovereignty.
