In the context of the need to improve the regulatory mechanisms within the economic system, this article examines the socio-economic dynamics of contemporary society. This examination is viewed through the lens of non-economic development factors, with an emphasis on recognizing the defining role of cultural potential and the institutional function of culture inherent to economic actors. These elements exert a significant influence on the behavior and activities of these actors. In addition, the study takes into account the complex structural and functional features that characterize the formation of the cultural space, as well as the different levels involved in the management of the institutional culture of the organization.
