ORGANIZATION OF CONSTITUTIONAL CONTROL IN IRAQ AND RUSSIA: COMPARATIVE LEGAL RESEARCH

The article examines the views of Russian and Iraqi scientists on the concept of constitutional control and its types. A comparative legal analysis of the powers of the Supreme Judicial Bodies exercising the functions of constitutional control in Iraq and Russia is carried out. Based on the identified problems existing in the implementation of the activities of the Federal Supreme Court of Iraq, the author formulated proposals to improve constitutional control in Iraq.
