PROBLEMS OF APPLICATION OF COPYRIGHT NORMS IN THE PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES OF TEACHERS WHEN CREATING OBJECTS OF COPYRIGHT AND PLACING THEM ON THE INTERNET

The problems of copyright in the professional activity of teachers when creating objects of copyright and placing them on the Internet are considered, and the possibilities of solving these problems are analyzed. This article discusses the problem of protecting intellectual property rights on the Internet. The need to protect copyright on the Internet in order to maintain one’s own prosperity and the development of one’s state is identified and justified. It is said that personal rights to a work on the Internet can be violated by assigning authorship to the work, incorrectly indicating the name of the author when posting the work, or making changes to it without the consent of the creator. Proprietary copyrights are most often violated by profiting from the use of a creative work by a person who does not have the right to make money from the work. Violations of personal and property rights on the Internet are often interrelated.
