RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN DECISION-MAKING BY THE MANAGEMENT BODIES OF A BUSINESS ENTITY

This article is devoted to the responsibility of members of management bodies for decisions made by them using artificial intelligence technology in the process of solving problems by the management bodies of a corporate business company. The author notes that current Russian legislation partially regulates issues of liability for decisions made by a governing body using artificial intelligence technology. Based on the analysis of regulations, scientific publications, as well as articles of a practical nature, a number of conclusions and proposals were made aimed at the need to finalize the legislation on the liability of members of corporate management bodies.
